Audio Visual CoursesWe offer a number of intensive 1 week FETAC level 5 courses in either Celbridge or throughout the country in suitable venues as part of our outreach program. These courses can be delivered as stand alone courses or can form the part of a community project such as Active Citizenship, Comhairle na nÓg, Green Schools, Applied Leaving Cert., Youthreach, FAS Courses (we are FAS registered trainers), Leader Projects for Rural and Urban media training. All outreach projects are customised to suit the students involved and we welcome programs involving adults and students with special educational needs. Schools ProgramWe offer extensive service to schools including short media courses for teachers wishing to update their skills or short film making courses for students. We also offer a transfer and duplication service to convert any form of video tape to DVD/quicktime. |
Foundation Film-making courseAttention all Youthreach, Youth Services, Youth Groups!! Are you interested in offering your students a short course in film-making with an accredited qualification? Have you ever wondered how you could create your own short film, add then add your own sound track and effects? We can deliver our courses at your own premises via our mobile training facilities. Students who choose this innovative course will learn through both classroom teaching and all important practical ‘hands on’ experience how to shoot on High Definition digital camera’s and learn foundation skills of film-making. The course will cover the fundamentals of directing actors and the art Best of all, although it is great fun and gives you some really useful skills, it is also recognised as an international qualification - and even better, there are no exams or tests to take! All students will receive a DVD of their work for inclusion in their portfolios and receive the all important FETAC Level 3 Certificate in |
